You and a few others will mix your very own sourdough, score and bake one that we've mixed and fermented for you, and leave with a banneton (where your dough is fermenting!), a lame/blade, sourdough starter, a worksheet where you can find all the recipes, and the sourdough that you've scored and baked.
You'll also have our very own Class Reference Guide, which is a sourdough 101 book; all you really need to know including: sourdough starter maintenance, water temperature calculation, shaping techniques and the logic behind them, and more.
The class is in our bakery at Ghostline Kitchen and the baker:student ratio is 1:3 - so you'll get all the attention you'll need!
